Famalove is a private AI Family Operating System. This policy explains what we store, how the intelligence learns from your household data, and how you stay in control.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, avatar), the household content you create — calendar events, meals, grocery lists, expenses and health entries — and basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use it
Your data powers the intelligence you asked for: learning your household's patterns, predicting needs and risks, automating routine decisions and personalising recommendations inside your own family space. We do not sell your data, we do not use your family content for advertising, and your household data is never used to train models for other families.
Who can see it
Only active members of your family, according to the role you assign them. Access rules are enforced at the database level, so information never leaves your household space.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time. Email privacy@famalove.com and we will respond within 30 days.
